It is easy to operate with advanced PLC programmable control system, automatically control movement of yarn pressing, yarn take-up, weft holding, shuttle checking, and stop on missing weft, etc. It not only can weave high-quality polyester wiremesh, but also improves productivity by over 30%, and has high ratio of function to price. So it is an ideal loom in papermaking mesh industry .
This Machine has been widely applied in weaving paper machine clothing, conveyor belt core, compress felt, especially for weaving high strength, long life span, agglutinated fire resistant cotton-duck, nylon-duck or EP-duck, polyester fabric belt core in mining sector etc and all kinds of net products in paper making equipment.
